About me

My name is Dr Alex Fowke, and I am a senior Clinical Psychologist working in private practice offering a range of specialised psychological therapies from consulting rooms in Hampstead in North London. I also offer clinical supervision and bespoke CBT training to teams, services and organisations.

I run my practice alongside a senior clinical role in a specialist NHS mental health service, and as a Clinical Tutor on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) at Royal Holloway, University of London.

I am a fully-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Trainer with the BABCP. I'm also an accredited Dialectical Behaviour Therapist through the Society for DBT and a fully-trained Radically Open DBT practitioner. I am also a EuroPsy Registered Psychologist.

I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a Chartered Member (CPsychol) of the British Psychological Society. I am a member of the Division of Clinical Psychology and was CMHT Network co-chair within the Faculty of Psychosis & Complex Mental Health.
