I have worked in the NHS for 20 years and have extensive experience of working with a wide range of psychological difficulties such as those related to anxiety, low mood and depression, self-esteem, bereavement, trauma, physical health conditions and sexual difficulties. I have a particular interest in women’s health.
I am a Chartered Psychologist, member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered with the Health Professions Council (HCPC). I am a member of the Clinical Psychology Division’s (BPS) Perinatal Faculty and an accredited CBT Therapist with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). The therapy I offer is integrative and draws on CBT, ACT, Compassion based therapies, EMDR and Systemic Therapy.
