Current NHS consultant posts held
Dr Kirk currently works at The Lister Hospital in Stevenage as a consultant cardiologist. He regularly performs coronary angiography, transthoracic echocardiography, transoesophageal echocardiography and other advanced imaging modality.
He cares for cardiology patients as in-patients and within the out-patient setting.
Dr Kirk also works as an honorary consultant at the Royal Brompton Hospital in advanced imaging techniques.
Research interests
NIH (National Institute of Health, America) funded fellowship at the Royal Brompton Hospital, Imperial College contributing to an MD under the supervision of Professor Dudley Pennell, being awarded a doctorate of medicine in advance imaging.
Personal interests
Dr Kirk enjoys playing squash and running.
