About me

What I Offer:
I offer the following in East Dulwich & South East London (Mondays and Fridays 10-5pm):
-Psychological assessment & therapies for children, teenagers, parents & families
-Antenatal and postnatal support and psychological therapies
-Advice and support for parents with children under five
-Narrative and systemic therapies, cognitive-behavioural therapies (CBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, parent-infant psychotherapy

About Me:
I provide consultations to parents for advice and support as well as psychological assessment and therapies for children, teenagers, parents and families. I offer a warm, collaborative, non-judgemental and professional approach that recognises and builds on individual and family strengths and resources.

I have worked in mental health and as a psychologist in the NHS since 2003, and as a qualified clinical psychologist since 2008. My clinical psychology doctoral training included gaining a specialist child and family training place at the world renowned Tavistock Centre. In my NHS practice, I have worked at the Tavistock Centre, Central & North West London Adult Mental Health Services and the award winning Islington Community CAMHS. Since 2010, I have worked in a senior clinical psychology role at Hertfordshire CAMHS.

Qualifications & Memberships:
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy)
Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in Psychology (BSc Hons)
British Psychological Society Chartered Psychologist status (CPsychol)
Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS), awarded in recognition of experience and contribution to the field of psychology
Association of Infant Mental Health (AIMH)
Association of Child Psychologists in Private Practice (ACHIPPP)
I hold enhanced DBS clearance and professional indemnity insurance
