About me

Coming into counselling and psychotherapy for the first time can feel nerve racking. Perhaps you've experienced a loss, or can't understand why the same negative experiences are on a repeat button. Depression and anxiety have origins in a low self-esteem, self-worth, poor self image and personal identity and are often at the root of repeating relationship issues, feeling 'stuck' in your life, or simply not knowing what you want with your choice of career. Self-belief increases self-confidence - finding the confidence to ask for what you want is the path to learning to be assertive and discover where your boundaries are with others and situations. Indecision with making life choices leads to feeling out of control. Psychotherapy gives you the tools to express who you are, raising confidence and self-belief.

Whatever the reason, counselling and psychotherapy can help you discover your potential talents, reassess what you want and expect in relationships and in many more areas of your life.

Therapy is a journey - I travel with you as you discover yourself and your potentials on your journey through life. For more information on how I work and my perspectives on the benefits of therapy, go to my website: or go to the Counselling Directory and read my profile there.
