About me

I am an experienced and approachable psychotherapist and counsellor. I have successfully worked with clients bringing a range of concerns and issues including anxiety, depression, lack of confidence, trauma, OCD, relationship concerns, stress, bi-polar disorder and many more. My approach is Integrative which means, I draw on a range of different theoretical ideas and strategies, including humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness and CBT depending on the unique needs of each client. More importantly I consider that a relationship of trust and confidentiality between myself and my clients is of paramount importance for a successful outcome to therapy. In addition, as an Integrative therapist I see a sense of well being arising from an integrated sense of self whereby emotional, cognitive, behavioural, somatic, social and cultural aspects are all taken into consideration.
I completed my post graduate training at Metanoia Institute and prior to focusing on my private practice have worked in a range of settings including St Thomas's Hospital, Ealing Youth Counselling Service, low cost counselling services and secondary schools. I also have experience of working within a Mental Health Trust.
