About me
I am an experienced and approachable psychotherapist and counsellor based in a central location in Ealing. During this difficult period I am able to offer online and telephone sessions in addition to face to face sessions.
I have successfully worked with clients, of all ages, bringing a range of concerns and issues including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, lack of confidence, trauma, OCD, relationship concerns, anger issues, bereavement, stress, bi-polar disorder and more.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist I draw on a range of different theoretical ideas and strategies, including humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness and CBT but most of all I consider that a relationship of trust and confidentiality between myself and my client is of paramount importance for a successful outcome to therapy.
Moreover, I see sound mental health and well being as arising from an integrated sense of self. Emotional, cognitive, behavioural, somatic, social and cultural aspects all need to be taken into consideration.
I completed my post graduate training at Metanoia Institute and prior to focusing on my private practice have worked in a range of settings including St Thomas's Hospital, Ealing Youth Counselling Service, low cost counselling services and secondary schools. I also have experience of working within a Mental Health Trust.
