About me

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist offering psychological therapy for Bupa members in central London.

I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of East London and I am registered as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS), as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and as an ACT Therapist with the Association of Contextual Behavioural Science (ACBS).

I aim to provide a professional and effective therapy service for people who are experiencing either a recognized mental health problem or other psychological, emotional, or relationship issues. The approach I take is very much tailored to the individual person and the nature of the problem that they are experiencing.

I adapt the approach that I use to the individual needs of each person that I work with, in accordance with their personal objectives for therapy. I am committed to working with people in a professional, honest, open, and effective manner and I approach my work as a therapist with humility and a genuine sense of compassion towards others. My aim is to develop a relationship with clients in which they feel they are listened to, respected, and understood. My overall objective is to assist people in creating better lives for themselves, in which they enjoy a greater sense of personal meaning and fulfilment.
