About me

Since 2003 I have been delivering psychological therapy in the NHS. I completed a post Graduate Diploma in CBT in 2009 and since then have specialised in providing CBT for people with depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Work related stress, PTSD, Adjustment disorders, OCD, specific Phobias and Panic Disorder.

I have worked in private practice since 2011.

Prior to 2003 I worked extensively as an Occupational Therapist in Mental Health Services for adolescents, adults and older people NHS Services. Specialities included Forensic, Acute Admission, Rehabilitation Units, Day and Community Services.

I am driven to provide the most effective therapy I can and ultimately for clients to achieve their personal goals for therapy.
