About me

Many people suffer from the effects of traumatic accidents or incidents that lead to life changing and often life limiting reactions to everyday events. These changes result in people: becoming hypervigilant and anxious; avoiding situations and reminders of what happened; experiencing intrusive images or flashbacks to the event; and feelings of guilt, shame and/or self blame.

Dawn is a psychological trauma specialist who, through face-to-face psychotherapy, has helped hundreds of people overcome their symptoms to live their life free of fear and panic. In addition she is trained and experienced in delivering critical incident debriefings and treatment for people who have been involved in serious incidents and accidents; and is a member of international Critical Incident Teams who debrief groups and individuals who were inadvertently caught up in traumatising events.
