About me

I trained in Scotland and London before taking up a post as a Consultant Neurosurgeon at Barts Hospital in 1992.
I have developed skull base surgery and introduced endoscopic techniques for pituitary tumours.
I underwent training in stereotactic radiosurgery in Pittsburgh, Stockholm, Marseille and California and am currently the Medical Director of the London Gamma Knife Centre at Barts.
In addition I have a general neuro-oncology interest and have also adopted minimally invasive procedures to deal with lumbar disc prolapse as well as having extensive experience of cervical spine disorders
