About me

I have been practising as a consultant at Queens hospital since 2012 and specialise in lower limb conditions. I commenced training at selected units in the south of England having taken up a prestigious training opportunity with the Royal Air Force, developing an interest in trauma and reconstructive techniques, which culminated in an extensive period of training at the world renowned Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.

Further specialist training occurred in The Royal London and St Barts, and then culminated in a specialised Hip and Knee Reconstruction Fellowship at Oxford, internationally recognised for finessing all techniques of hip and knee preservation and reconstructive (replacement) surgery.

I have maintained and further developed my expertise with visits to multiple national and international centres to gain further experience in some of the latest developing techniques for hip and knee techniques. I have enjoyed multiple international service stints in addition to my NHS service.

I specialise in revision and total hip replacement surgery, knee arthroscopy, unicondylar (partial) and total knee replacement, personalised knee replacement surgery, ACL (knee ligament) reconstruction.
