- Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years experience as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, working within NHS Psychology services in the West of Scotland.
I have extensive experience of working with people who have a range of psychological problems including anxiety, depression, phobias, health anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorders, work and stress related difficulties and relationship problems.
I have found that cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) can be one of the most effective ways of helping people deal with these problems in their everyday life and work.
