Mrs Maya Harris is a member of Birmingham Prostate clinic, which is a centre of urological excellence in West Midlands.
She has broad academic and practical experience in all aspects of urology. Her particular interests lie in bladder and prostate diseases. She has pioneered and performed the most of the minimally-invasive prostate treatments, called Urolift, in West Midlands and currently is introducing Rezum steam therapy, recently approved by NICE .
Many patients, both male and female, have felt comfortable discussing with her problems of a most intimate nature. She is one of very few fully qualified urologists who are female.
