About me

Patrice Berque is a chartered musculoskeletal physiotherapist specialised in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries. He has over ten years experience in this field. He is involved in health promotion and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders. He also practises acupuncture.

He trained and qualified as a physiotherapist at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2001 with a BSc (Hons).
He obtained his Masters Degree in Manual Therapy and Musculoskeletal Management with Distinction in October 2013 at Glasgow Caledonian University, and is a member of the MACP.

He is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

His clinical and research interest lies in the field of musculoskeletal disorders and he has been a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists since 2011 (MACP).

He also practises acupuncture, and has been a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists since 2003 (AACP).

Patrice has had publications in the journals Neurology, Manual Therapy, Medical Problems of Performing Artists, Médecine des Arts, Physiotherapy. He also presented his work at several international conferences, including MACP 2009 in Edinburgh, IFOMPT 2012 in Quebec, Physiotherapy UK 2014 in Birmingham.
