About me

During lockdown I do SKYPE sessions. I build good empathy and kindness towards clients and do not judge at any time of the therapy. I help the client to fulfil their potential and achieve the SMART goals we set up from the beginning of therapy. I have a wide range of expertise giving therapy to all ages and all types of emotional problems. i combine the therapies and the models of practice to fit the problems clients present. My recovery rate, proven, is above 80%. I have treated people from Scotland to the Isle of White, the channel islands and abroad.

I treat adults, children, young adults for: anxiety, phobias; depression, chronic depression; OCD; trauma; PTSD also from childhood; perinatal emotional disorders; postnatal emotional disorders; comorbidities; low self-esteem; anger control.Grief and guilt, body image. I also treat ASD clients, High Functioning Asperges.
