About us

Matt Goodman PgDip, BSc (Hons) is a physiotherapist, with a specialist interest in sports injuries. Having worked in professional rugby for 8 years he has experience in advanced rehabilitation.

Tim Dain BSc (Hons) Physio is a specialist in musculoskeletal work and uses a host of techniques including manual therapy, mobilisation, acupuncture and taping. Tim has the love for difficult and complex cases and has a special interest in chronic pain.

Sophie Pearce (BSc (Hons) qualified in 2002, has experience in treating all areas of musculskeletal work and has a keen interest in core stability and rehabilitation, as well as Women’s Health physiotherapy.

Areas of interest

Sports injuries, acute injuries, chronic postural injuries, functional rehabilitation, gait analysis, Pilates and core stability, women's health. Acupuncture, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, mobilisation and manipulation.
