About me

Leah qualified in Podiatric Medicine and Local Analgaesics in 1987. In 2004 she completed a degree course in Podiatric Medicine at Queen Margaret University College, Edinburgh. In 2012 she passed her Prescription Only Medicines course at University of Salford enabling her to acquire and supply certain Prescription Only Medications. She is currently studying for a BSc in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at University of Kingston qualifying in 2016. She has recently been accepted in the Royal College of Physicians (Glasgow) as member of the Podiatric Faculty. She a former Board Member of the Cypriot Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists. She's spoken at many events in Cyprus about The Diabetic Foot. She's worked in the State, Private and Army sectors in Cyprus & the UK. She's the inventor of BodyBlock which is a patient positioning device used widely in multiple clinical settings; Leah speaks regularly demonstrating the Bodyblock at medical trade expos.
