About me

Rosey Gandage is an experienced physiotherapist who has worked for both the NHS and in private practice since 1989. She spent 1991 - 92 in China studying tuina Chinese massage, acupuncture and qi gong.

She assesses and treats each patient as a whole and as an individual, taking into account current and past conditions, lifestyle and aspirations.

Each appointment starts with a full assessment or reassessment of the issues; treatment focuses on manual techniques which might include mobilisation, massage and stretches to rebalance the affected area and the body as a whole. This is supported by a personalised programme of exercises, stretches and general advice.

In addition to her work as a physio she lectured in acupuncture and tuina Chinese massage at the University of Westminster for 16 years and continues to run short courses in tuina, Chinese medicine theory, qi gong and mindfulness meditation.

The ethos of Apothecary Natural Health Centre is to provide an excellent, affordable service for our local community. We treat people of all ages and levels of fitness.

The clinic also runs classes in yoga, feldenkrais and qi gong - to support our hands-on therapy.
