About me

My name is Helen Manders my experience if wide and varied after graduating in 2002 i have worked in a variety of settings including, NHS, private healthcare and professional sports.
I provide a professional but friendly service and pride myself on always looking at the bigger picture.
I am passionate about maintaining and updating my skills and knowledge. I also have excellent links with local consultants due to my part time role at a private hospital. This also helps to keep my Practice current and relevant.

Spinal rehab, recently spending time with consultants in theatre and clinic discussing changing practice.
Shoulder rehab, booked on to Jo Gibsons shoulder course to widen treatment options. Just spent time with a shoulder surgeon in theatres and discussing the very current topic of surgery versus conservative/Physiotherapy management with the research favouring the second.
I'm very interested in the area of preventative health, keeping people fit and healthy and preventing injury.
