About me

Coming to therapy is a way of being heard and developing your own voice - which helps you become assertive. If you have a chronic condition - whether stress, depression, anxiety, chronic physical or neurological symptoms - you have probably struggled to put your difficulties into words.

Once you start to express what is stopping you living the life you want, you can start working on a solution. It is not necessarily that simple, but it is the start of a process that leads to change. By giving you back a sense of control over your life, therapy empowers you to live the life you want.
