About me

My objective is to help you achieve the best quality of life you can. Coming to therapy is a way of being heard and developing your own voice, a process which of itself increases your ability to be assertive.

I strongly believe that there is no hierarchy of distress: if something in your life bothers you, it is a problem. Once you know what the problem is, you can start working on a solution. It is not necessarily that simple, but it is the start of a process that leads to change. By giving you back a sense of control over your life, therapy empowers you to live the life you want.
