About me

Many people who come to therapy arrive in a state of 'learned helplessness': wanting to change, but not believing that this is possible. Therapy helps you identify unmet needs, strengthen your sense of self worth, and understand the physical sensations of anxiety, fear, , etc.

Expressing your feelings, exploring your beliefs and acing differently helps reduce psychological distress. Depression, anxiety, chronic physical or neurological symptoms and/or stress.all feed on our avoidance to confront our difficulties.

Therapy requires commitment and hard work, but the rewards are great. It will help you relearn how to problem-solve, gain a sense of control over your life and empower you to live the life you want.
