Diabetes: Management of all aspects of type 1 and type 2 diabetes in adults including: Management of diabetes, Hypertension, Lipid/cholesterol, Diabetes in pregnancy and preconception counselling, Diabetes and foot problems, Diabetes in renal disease, Diabetes in young adults, Pre-diabetes and management of individuals at high risk of developing diabetes, including obese individuals. Endocrinology: Management of all aspects of general Endocrinology and Metabolic Medicine in adults including: Thyroid conditions: Hormonal disturbance (hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism); thyroid nodular disease and goitre, Adrenal conditions, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and hirsuitism, Pituitary conditions, Parathyroid, calcium and vitamin D disturbances, Osteoporosis and Osteopenia, Menopausal symptoms and Hypogonadism including testosterone replacement therapy.

Dr Rossi joined The Whittington Hospital in 2002. She is the Lead Consultant Physician in Endocrinology and is responsible for the development and provision of the clinical endocrine services. In her role as Consultant Physician in Diabetes, she is lead diabetologist in the diabetes antenatal service and leads on care of people with diabetes and foot ulcers. Dr Rossi supports and encourages self-management of patients with long term conditions.
