About me

I am a BACP accredited counsellor/psychotherapist. I work from a humanistic perspective of person-centred, where if the right conditions are present, an individual will learn and grow from the therapeutic experience.

I provide a safe confidential environment of G.P. surgeries in Ellesmere and Telford plus I have premises in Shrewsbury to help you understand why life is difficult. In addition to my humanistic work I also use an eclectic approach of CBT, Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytical, and from Transactional Perspective when we both feel it is appropriate.

I believe every individual has the inner capacity to self-actualise and become more fully functioning within their world.
