Joan is a registered paediatric dietitian with over 20 years clinical experience in the NHS and has particular expertise in gastroenterology and food allergy. Joan has a BSc Honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Masters Degree in applied paediatric nutrition. Joan is an experienced trainer of healthcare professionals and has lectured at Southampton University. She has published articles in peer reviewed journals and medical books. Joan is passionate about ensuring each child meets their nutritional needs in their formative years to benefit their health in later life and can translate the latest medical and dietetic research into practical advice individually tailored to a child’s nutritional requirements
