About me

I have been working in mental health for the last 20 years. The majority of my clinical experience has been working in NHS adult acute mental health clinical areas, both in-patient acute ward settings and in the community. This was in secondary Mental health services. Additionally I worked in primary care in 2 independent GP practices.

I have worked in Hertfordshire, Worthing, London and Australia in acute mental health settings. I have been in private practice in Bognor Regis since 2010.

Over the last 5 years I have developed an interest in working with Couples and have acquired skills in this area and have worked as a committee ordinary member, secretary and am current Chair of the Couple Special Interest Group at the BABCP.

I have also engaged in further study to address childhood anxiety and mood disorders and have recently treated more children within my CBT clinic.
