Mr Roche treats all foot and ankle problems including bunions, arthritis and tendon disorders, sports ligament injuries and fractures. He utilises techniques that include minimally invasive surgery (MIS) for foot and ankle corrective surgery and shock wave therapy (ECSWT) for soft tissue disorders such as Achilles pain and chronic heel pain (plantar fasciitis).

Outside of medicine Mr. Roche loves playing golf, mountain biking and more recently road cycling. He is also an enthusiastic member of the National Trust.
Mr Roche has published in national and international peer-reviewed journals on foot and ankle surgery, education, anatomy and trauma. He actively authors research papers, chapters and expert reviews in Foot and Ankle Surgery and Reconstruction Surgery. He is on the review panel for esteemed medical journals and ensures best practice by attending national and international scientific meetings.
