About me

My basic profession is that of a mental health nurse before I got a BSc (hons)in Community mental health nursing and Specialist Practitioner in Psychological Injuries. I went on to specialise in CBT receiving my Oxford Post Grad Diploma 12 years ago and becoming accredited with BABCP. I have an ex-forces background and have been treating Trauma stress for 23 years, alongside all other Anxiety and Mood Disorders.

Low Mood, Mixed depression and Anxiety disorders; OCD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Phobias, Post traumatic stress Disorder (inc Military); acute stress reaction; relationship difficulties, Eating Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Adjustment Reactions in younger people, stress and burnout. BDD.
