About me

I offer short term, solution-focused and longer term, person-centred, counselling to individual adults.

From 2004 to 2009, I volunteered with Cruse Bereavement Care NI.

Since 2007, I have worked within a broad range of settings: as a Schools Counsellor; a community-based counsellor in North and West Belfast; an Affiliate Counsellor with local and International Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providers, as well as having my own private practice.

I spent a year counselling in Dublin, 2014/15, and am now based in Belfast where I continue to work within the EAP field as well as having a private practice in South and East Belfast.
