About me

Since starting as a Cruse Bereavement Support Volunteer, in 2004, I have counselled within the N.I. Having spent a year, in practice, in Dublin, 2014/15, I am now based in Belfast, offering counselling, at venues in the BT5, BT7 & BT9 areas.

I offer Brief Solution-Focused therapy as well as longer term Person-Centred counselling to individuals over the age of 18 years.
