About me

I am clinical psychologist, registered with the Health Professional Council and the British Psychological Society. I have experience working with adults with chronic and complex psychological difficulties including personality disorders, depression, PTSD and addictions. I have had extensive training in the application of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and in my clinical practice adopt an eclectic approach taking under account clients' particular needs and therapy goals. In the last four years, I have specialised in supporting people with complex chronic physical health problems including kidney and respiratory failure.
