About me

I am a chartered Counselling Psychologist with ten years of professional experience of working in the NHS and in private practice. I am accredited in three well established therapeutic models CBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Schematherapy the former two are therapies NICE guideline approved.

I offer a range of evidence based therapies to suit your needs. These therapeutic approaches can be used in a brief focused way or to work with more complex and long standing issues that will take time to resolve. The therapy will be adapted according to your personal and unique requirement and provide you with a space to feel safe in discussing issues both past and present.

I work with: anxiety, depression; work related stress, low self-confidence; phobias; post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); relationship issues; self harm; affairs and betrayals, anger management, separation and divorce, sexual or emotional abuse
