About me

I am a fully BABCP accreditedCBT Psychotherapist . I am also a qualified Counsellor EMDR practitioner CBASP practitioner and Clinical Supervisor
I have interests in a wide range of disorders and difficulties including Eating Disorders , trauma, and PTSD including birth trauma
I have a great deal of experience treating depression and anxiety disorders such as ; OCD, Health Anxiety, Social Phobia and GAD
I am client centred using innovative and creative practice to help improve symptoms and general emotional well being Focusing on change to build resilience and positive outcomes. Sessions can be conducted by Skype or Zoom ( a secure and encrypted method for sessions)
