About me

I am an experienced psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer, and have over 20 years of experience in treating a wide range of problems and mental health issues. I am an accredited psychotherapist with the following organisations:

British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP)
British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
EMDR Europe Approved Accredited Practitioner/Consultant (EMDR)
United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP)

I have undertaken various clinical training programmes and have worked in various settings such as: the National Health Service (NHS); Private Health Care; Local Authorities; Fire Services; Police Services; and Training/Education Services.

I offer evidence-based psychological therapies for a wide range of emotional, behavioural and relationship difficulties. I work part time in the NHS as a CBT, EMDR therapist and supervisor.
