About me

I am a BACP accredited counsellor/psychotherapist, trained in the psychodynamic approach. I am also trained and experienced in mentalization based therapy As well as my private practice in the London EC1, where I see people with a wide range of different issues, I work in an NHS Eating Disorders Service in North London with inpatients, outpatients and Day Patients. I have experience of working with a wide diversity of backgrounds and areas of difficulty.

I practise in the City of London and Muswell Hill, North London. Both offer peaceful and confidential spaces to explore and develop a deeper understanding of your difficulties and patterns of relating. I do not offer solutions, but in our work together help you to find your own through greater awareness and understanding, and a growing ability to think and reflect on your experience.

I work with individuals on a once-weekly basis, and I offer open-ended and time-limited therapy. Sessions last 50 minutes and take place at the same time and place each week.
