About me

I am accredited with British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) as a CBT Therapist. CBT is particularly useful for anxiety disorders and depression.

I am an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner. Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a technique which is very effective for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other trauma based disorders including depression, addictions, phobias, victims of abuse, traumatic bereavement.

I am also registered and accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist. Counselling is helpful in relationship difficulties, work stress, parenting issues, bereavement and loss.
