About Me...
Hello, I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor; I provide confidential and relevant counselling to adults from my accessible and comfortable consulting rooms in Bank, Mayfair, and Acton.

I am UKCP accredited and have regular supervision with an accredited supervisor. I abide by UKCP code of ethics and ICO guidelines to ensure data safety and confidentiality.

Clinical Expertise
I am a senior practitioner with experience across a wide range of psychological and emotional issues, including anxiety, stress, relationships and depression. Being an Integrative therapist I am able to deal with most , whether this has been a long standing or recent development; whether it is work based or a personal matter. I also have particular expertise with trauma (persistent and overwhelming stress reactions) and am a qualified EMDR practitioner.
I also work with couples with relationship issues..

Clinical Experience
I have held a range of senior posts within the NHS and the corporate sector including, trauma therapist at the NHS Maudsley Hospital, Staff Counsellor at HSBC bank, and trauma and counselling for NHS ambulance service and am currently Supervisor to the West London Counselling team supporting staff at Broadmoor.

Taking the first step is not easy but clients often find relief when they do. My aim is to be effective , accessible and approachable and use my skills to assist you to open up, and face your situation with me by your side. As an Integrative Psychotherapist I can draw on a range of recognised frameworks and concepts to help you to talk, feel heard and understand yourself and how you want to be.

I include mindfulness, CBT techniques, and EMDR which is recognised by NICE as NICE as an effective treatment for trauma.

How to start
After an initial call , I book a 50 minute assessment with you, during which I take a history and we explore areas you want to focus on. Sessions then tend to be weekly but I am flexible where appropriate. If you have further questions then please email or call me using the details attached
