Liane has worked in the NHS providing advice and support to adults and children for a wide variety of conditions since she graduated from Surrey University in 1996. She now works part-time for the NHS as well as running a private practice based in Wantage, Oxfordshire.
Liane specialises in helping adults and children to diagnose their food intolerances and achieve relief from their symptoms including those of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). She also provides expert support for the management of food allergies and coeliac disease.
Liane graduated with an MSc in Allergy (with distinction) through Southampton University in 2013. She is Diet Sheet Co-ordinator for the Food Allergy and Intolerance Specialist Group of the BDA. She is co-author of the Professional Guidelines for the Dietary Management of IBS for Dietitians and has co-written resources on IBS and food allergies used by dietitians nationally.
