About me

After qualifying from the British College of Osteopathic medicine in 2005 I have worked in various settings from sports and health clubs, city and village practices to Yoga and Pilates centres and now am clinical director in a multidisciplinary team of osteopaths and physiotherapists.

I work for British Athletics as an osteopath working with Great Britain's elite athletes, coaches and medical team.

I am fully registered with both the General Osteopathic Council and the British Osteopathic Association.

I have a holistic approach to patient diagnosis, treatment and management involving posture assessment/correction, work, lifestyle factors, sports specific demands and biomechanical influences which allows me to create an individual treatment program for patients.

My special interests are in injury prevention, treatment and management, particularly in sports men and women, through biomechanical assessment and rehabilitation with emphasis, but not exclusively, in the lower limb. I also manage athletes beyond their treatment and rehabilitation into strength and conditioning and the development of gains in a sports specific manner.

Specialties: Osteopathy, acupuncture, sports injury assessment, prevention, treatment & management, modern acupuncture, biomechanical assessment, orthotic prescription and strength and conditioning.

Areas of interest
