About me

I am a fully qualified physiotherapist, holistic therapist and have trained in aesthetic skin treatment. It has been my vision for many years to one day open a clinic that encompasses all these skills to offer my clients a bespoke service that meets their physical and spiritual needs.

I have many years of experience working in holistic therapies and spent 3 months in Thailand training in Thai massage at the Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai Thailand (www.tmcschool.com). I wanted to develop my skills to promote healing and address the biomechanics of the body and thus went on to study physiotherapy at The University of Teesside qualifying in 2007. Since qualifying I have worked for over 5 years, treating musculoskeletal problems – sports injury, work related repetitive strain and general everyday muscle and joint problems. I have learnt that once a patient recovers from their injury, their concerns are to maintain that status, this is where a multidisciplinary approach enables us to achieve this for our clients, creating a sense of balance and control over their own health status.
