Safety Record:

I have very high safety record with no cases of unexpected intra-operative deterioration/ blood loss/ intestinal anastomosis leak/ injury to any organ or unanticipated failure to complete the proposed operation.

I remain wary of possibility of these complications occurring despite all precautions and best intents. I strive to optimise all aspects; surgical/ non surgical and human factors around any procedure.
