About me

Whatever issues you bring I will provide a relaxing and confidential space where we can work together to try to make sense of what has happened in your life. I can offer EMDR therapy, Rewind and integrative counselling in which I bring together all my knowledge and experience to help you with your difficulties.

In my 25 years experience of working with a wide range of people, ages and problems I have found these therapies can be effective in reducing symptoms in the present and addressing issues from the past. EMDR therapy can be especially effective for emotional, physical and sexual trauma. Rewind and EMDR may also be helpful for isolated distressing experiences for example a road traffic accident.

Along side my Private Practice I also worked in the NHS for 15 years. Previously I was a Counselling Tutor for Leicester University and have extensive experience with adolescents and young adults.

Please do contact me for an initial chat, via telephone or e-mail, with a view to making an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you.
