About me

Working in a safe, confidential space, we'll explore your dilemmas and distress at a pace that suits you.

My book "What To Expect From Counselling. A Guide For First Time Clients" goes into much greater detail and is a FREE download. Please see my webpage to access.

For the last 10 years I've worked regularly with clients from large, well know national and international organisations including the BBC, Virgin Group and Apple. Employees experiencing workplace and other stresses have reduced their anxiety and depression and make changes to create a better life for themselves.

Being told how to think and live sounds oppressive but most of us are very comfortable with it until we find that someone else’s idea of a good life doesn’t fit us. The counselling relationship is unlike any other you will have experienced but clients consistently tell me that they quickly become comfortable with it. Once you begin to trust your own instincts you have more solid ground from which to make decisions to help you live in a way that truly suits you.

My office is in Central London, 5 minutes away from Great Portland Street, and I also work online.
