About me

I am a UKCP-accredited integrative psychotherapist and counsellor with over ten years experience in private practice and working for private companies, the NHS and in voluntary sector. I trained at Regent's University and at the Institute for Family Therapy, gaining a Masters degree in psychotherapy and counselling (2005) and a postgraduate certificate in Systemic Practice (2013).

Each client is unique, and my integrative training allows me to tailor therapy to the client's needs, whether that is the alleviation of depression or anxiety, improving relationships, recovering from trauma or for personal development. I value honesty, warmth, professionalism and respect for self and other, both in the consulting room and outside.
