About me

I believe that what ever our outlook on life, we can learn be be more optimistic or realistic, flexible and resilient. These things are important to our sense of well-being:

We do know that whatever happens in life - things will always change. It is how we adapt to change and deal with the stresses we encounter that is key to maintaining good health, physical, mental and emotional.

I am one of a handful of practitioners in the UK that is trained to use Holigral, a cognitive method of guided self-discovery that enables issues to be released from the root cause, leading to new understandings, greater happiness and lasting change.
I am trained and experienced in working with many areas, for example you may be feeling:

relationship issues;
mid-life issues;
