About me

Hello, I am a trained, experienced and registered Counselling Psychologist based in Bradford on Avon Wiltshire. I work with individuals and people in business.

During Covid 19, I am available to work with you over the telephone or via secure video conferencing.

My aim is to provide a warm, supportive and confidential environment so that we can explore what is troubling you. I provide tools that will enable you to cope with current issues and challenges.

I draw on many methods and our work together may include talking therapy, mindfulness, relaxation, and cognitive behavioural therapy (known as CBT). I am one of a handful of practitioners in the UK that is trained to use Holigral, a cognitive method of guided self-discovery that enables issues to be released from the root cause.

I use methods that are powerful yet gentle, fast and effective. Enabling you to gain new insight and understanding. This can lead to greater happiness and well-being and create lasting change.
