About me

Gregg is the owner and clinical director of Ridgeway Chiropractic Clinic and has been working in Newport since 2007. Gregg is passionate about chiropractic and thrives treating challenging cases using a range of modalities and techniques including: diversified, Sacro-occipital technique, advanced medical acupuncture/dry needling, strapping and kinesio-taping to name a few.
Whilst studying at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic Gregg conducted 2 years of extensive research into the effects of exercise in treating chronic lower back pain, this has aided him to make bespoke rehabilitation plans for each patient to support their outcome goals and to maintain treatment benefits.
Gregg also incorporates the latest treatments, research and guidelines in order to improve his patients' results and recovery times. As well as working at the clinic Gregg enjoys his role as a Clinical Supervisor at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic helping the training and development of forth year Chiropractic students.
As a keen sports man himself Gregg has a specific interest and experience in treating sport related injuries and is currently treating a number of Club, Commonwealth and Olympic standard athletes at the Newport practice.
