About me

I became a psychologist and counsellor over 20 years ago because I realised that life wasn't easy, and when the going gets particularly tough, we all need someone on our side who can help us to make sense of it all. My role is to work alongside you in those confusing or dark times, listening in a non-judgemental way so that you can resolve the challenges you are facing in your personal, family or working lives. My clients find that I am an open minded, friendly and down-to-earth counsellor and psychologist, and that my approach encourages individuals, couples and family clients to quickly build trusting and effective working relationships, which enables them to get to grips with working on the issues that are really bothering them.
