About me

I currently offer Zoom and telephone counselling to individuals who have issues with:
anger management
relationship problems
confidence and self esteem
major life changes

Counselling can take you from feeling a victim of circumstance to begin a new approach to life in a fresh and more resourceful way. If your relationship is in difficulties, counselling offers an opportunity to understand your issues. Perhaps you are finding it difficult to cope with life? Counselling can help you deal with your emotional distress.

I have additional life coaching training using a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach approach which fits with online and telephone approaches. Coaching can help you expand your vision, build your confidence, increase your skills and take practical steps towards your goals.

I am an experienced relationship counsellor working with couples and individuals. I have extensive training in anger management counselling. My training also includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, solution focused counselling and bereavement counselling.

I also offer supervision for counsellors and those undergoing their counselling training.

I have run therapeutic groups for anger management, anxiety, confidence and self esteem and depression whilst working for Suffolk Mind.
