About me

I am a Relate trained Relationship Counsellor and have a Post Graduate Diploma in Couple Counselling. I work with issues around helping couples to understand their relationships, breakups, separation and divorce.

I was a Senior Psychiatric OT for 6yrs and currently work closely with a Psychiatrist who refers a lot of clients to me particularly young people. Also clients with Mental Health problems.

I am trained in Cognitive Behaviour and Solution Focused Therapy which is helpful both for adults and young people. Also Psychodynamic and Systemic theory.

I work with students from college and Warwick University.

I was an EAP Counsellor for many years so have considerable experience of Brief Therapy and issues around work stress.
