About me

I am an experienced Counsellor/Therapist who, since 1997, has been helping clients clarify their thoughts, explore their feelings and deal with any issues that may be preventing them from leading their life fully. It is a great privilege to be able to help, inspire and guide others on their own healing journeys. I take a holistic view of the person I am working with; I see you as a whole. I use a variety of powerful techniques such as Lifespan Integration, which helps you move on from childhood and adult issues to create lasting change, as well as guided visualisation, role-play, drawing, dialogue, and reflective conversation as, together, we explore whatever is challenging you.
