About me

I was appointed as a Consultant Physician in 1988 to the Leicester and Loughborough Hospitals. Since then I have held a variety of head of service, chairman of medicine and senior managerial roles.

I have extensive experience in all aspects of general and elderly medicine. I have run a well established private medical practice for twenty five years. I offer an accessible and friendly practice.

I am the lead consultant for the Syncope and Autonomic Function (blackout) Clinic at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust and the only consultant performing Autonomic Function Analysis, including POTS assessment.

I teach all grades of undergraduate and post graduate students and I am an examiner at the University of Leicester and have been a University of Leicester tutor and teacher since 1987.
