About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and qualified in Forensic Psychology. I have 16 years experience working professionally with young people and adults. During this period I have specialised in working with individuals who experience depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, addiction problems, sexual aggression, self-harm, violence and personality difficulties.

I am trained to deliver Schema Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). My psychological work has been predominantly within areas of psychological dysfunction or there is a high risk of future offending. I provide in-depth assessment for complex cases and therapeutic intervention for adults and young children.
